Our products are carefully crafted with love in Downtown LA. We take pride in the fact that each item is handmade, which means there may be slight variations in fabric placement, stitch patterns, or patch sizing.

I can't find my package, now what?

We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. If you are facing any issues or need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us via the email provided below. Include your name and order number in your message, and we will promptly work to resolve the matter and ensure everything is sorted out to your satisfaction.

If your package is marked as "Delivered" via your tracking number, please wait 72 hours to see if the package shows up. Some carriers will mark a package as “delivered” before they actually deliver it or when it reaches the local sorting facility and not when it’s actually delivered to the customer. Though unusual, this can happen up to 5 days before an item is actually delivered. We recommend contacting the carrier for more information on the package’s whereabouts, speaking to the delivery person or checking with your neighbors, building supervisors, and around the delivery location in case the package was stashed out of sight and away from the elements.

How should I wash clothing products?

To maintain the best condition of your garments, we recommend following these washing instructions. Machine wash the garment inside-out in cold water using a gentle cycle and mild detergent. It's important to wash the garment with similar colors to prevent any color bleeding. If needed, you can use non-chlorine bleach sparingly and only when necessary. Avoid using fabric softeners as they can affect the texture and appearance of the fabric. For drying, tumble dry the garment on low heat or consider hang drying for optimal longevity. By following these care instructions, you can ensure that your clothing remains in great shape and lasts for a longer time.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We can only accommodate cancellation requests within the first 24 hours of placing an order. We will make every effort to assist you, but please understand that cancellations requested after the 24-hour window may not be possible due to the processing and fulfillment of your order.
